Job Description

The University of Nevada, Reno is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Manager, Gift Administration to play a vital role in advancing donor engagement and ensuring the impactful use of philanthropic contributions. In this key position, you’ll lead a collaborative, donor-focused approach to stewardship by overseeing gift agreements, and managing projects that include acknowledgments, donor recognition, and stewardship reporting. Your work will help build lasting relationships between the University, our valued donors, and the campus community. As Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate reporting, managing gift and fund compliance within established policies, and supporting meaningful donor recognition efforts. You’ll serve as a trusted liaison for donors and campus partners alike—answering questions, solving challenges, and helping to maximize the value of every gift.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the creation and management of gift agreements and acknowledgments

Manage projects including donor recognition and stewardship reporting efforts

Ensure proper gift utilization and compliance with university policies and donor intent

Partner with internal stakeholders and donors to address inquiries and provide solutions

Manage donor engagement projects and initiatives from start to finish
