Your Role as a Benefits Representative: Conduct Virtual Consultations – Assess client needs and recommend insurance solutions. Provide Outstanding Support – Assist policyholders with questions, policy adjustments, and claims. Ensure Compliance – Maintain accurate documentation while adhering to regulations.
