Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Technical Writer for our client in the medical device industry. This is an opportunity to work with an innovative UX team driving improvements in quality systems and content management.

• Location: Acton, MA
• Pay: $35/hr – $45/hr

What You’ll Do:

• Lead content migration and documentation process in Polarion and Madcap IXIA
• Create and manage documentation workflows, templates, and system configurations
• Implement metadata, tagging, and taxonomy strategies for improved content discovery
• Collaborate with UX, product, engineering, and content teams across global sites
• Ensure compliance with content standards and cross-functional stakeholder requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of technical writing or content management experience
• Hands-on experience with Polarion and structured CCMS (DITA-based)
• Strong project management and process development skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, and related tools
• Background in healthcare, life sciences, or diabetes product documentation preferred
