The Opportunity Our team advocates for the Creative Cloud model, focusing on growth through monetization strategies. We seek a strategic thinker to shape our monetization approach, especially within Experience Cloud, and to develop impactful product packaging and pricing strategies. Responsibilities Analyze industry benchmarks and conduct qualitative and quantitative customer and market research, including methods like Conjoint and Gabor-Granger. Perform statistical and financial analyses to assess proposals' impacts on revenue, margins, and adoption. Develop and present strategic arguments and ROI analyses to secure executive buy-in. Define product requirements aligned with the business model strategy and oversee operational execution, including policies for quoting and customer fulfillment. Develop sales strategies, training materials, and conduct post-mortem reviews to refine initiatives. Qualifications MBA or equivalent experience. Ability to simplify complex problems and define clear solutions. Strong attention to detail with comfort navigating ambiguity. Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills. Leadership qualities and high emotional intelligence. Experience in strategy consulting, pricing, packaging, or change management is advantageous. Compensation and Benefits The U.S. salary range for this role is $145,100 to $273,200 annually, depending on location, experience, and skills.
