The Opportunity Our team promotes the Creative Cloud model, driving growth through monetization strategies. We seek a strategic thinker to shape our monetization approach, especially focusing on Experience Cloud, and to lead initiatives around product packaging and pricing. Responsibilities Analyze industry benchmarks and conduct qualitative and quantitative customer research using methods like Conjoint and Gabor-Granger. Perform statistical analyses and financial modeling to estimate the impact of proposals on revenue, margins, and adoption. Develop and present strategic arguments to secure executive buy-in and feedback. Define product requirements aligned with business model strategies and oversee operational activities for execution. Create sales guidelines, develop sales tools, and conduct post-mortem analyses to refine strategies. Qualifications MBA or equivalent experience. Ability to simplify complex problems and quickly identify core issues. Attention to detail with comfort in ambiguity. Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills. Strong emotional intelligence and leadership capabilities. Experience in strategy consulting, pricing, packaging, or change management is advantageous. Compensation and Legal Notices The U.S. salary range is $145,100 - $273,200, depending on location, experience, and skills.
