Shape the company's monetization strategy, with a focus on Experience Cloud. Drive creative initiatives to grow new and existing offerings through the design & rollout of impactful product packaging and pricing. **What You'll Do** Collect, synthesize and analyze industry benchmarks. Develop and conduct qualitative customer research. Design and complete quantitative market research including methods like Build-Your-Own Conjoint, Discrete Choice Conjoint, Gabor-Granger. Perform statistical analysis on empirical data (sales, usage, etc). Estimate the impact of proposals on company revenues, margin and adoption through financial modeling. Develop and present strategies and ROI analyses to gain executive approval. Lead the execution of proposals by: Defining and driving product requirements for the product roadmap. Planning operational activities for execution, including policies & processes for quoting and fulfillment. Setting sales guidelines, developing sales plays and training. Conducting post-mortems to ensure success and inform adjustments. **What you need to succeed** MBA or comparable qualification. Ability to simplify complex problems and quickly define core issues. Attention to detail with comfort in ambiguity. Excellent communication, deck-writing, and influencing skills. Strong emotional intelligence and leadership skills. Experience driving consensus in large matrixed organizations is a plus. Background in strategy consulting, pricing, packaging, or change management is advantageous. **Compensation** The U.S. pay range for this position is $145,100 -- $273,200 annually, varying by location, experience, and skills.
