Position: Site Supervisor

Starting Pay: $35/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the center, ensuring alignment with Oak Tree's mission and values.
  • Oversee all aspects of center operations, including curriculum development, program implementation, staffing, and budget management.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and supervise a high-performing team of teachers and staff.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents, ensuring open communication and active engagement in their child's learning journey.
  • Ensure compliance with all state licensing regulations (Title 22) and quality standards.
  • Manage center finances, including budget development, resource allocation, and financial reporting.
  • Represent Oak Tree Learning Center in the community, building partnerships and promoting our programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Director or Site Supervisor in a licensed preschool setting.
  • Deep understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Knowledge of and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in early childhood education.
