Job Description

Are you passionate about sales, relationship-building, and supporting business growth? We're looking for an Inside Sales & Support Representative to join our team! In this role, you'll play a key part in driving sales success by identifying, contacting, and qualifying new leads while also managing customer relationship data. If you have a strong background in business development within the life sciences industry and are highly proficient in Salesforce Sales Cloud, we'd love to hear from you!

### What You'll Do

#### Sales Support & Lead Generation
- Identify and research potential clients to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, client calls, and follow-ups.
- Qualify, assign, and track leads through the sales funnel to support business growth.

#### Marketing & Outreach Support
- Assist with email campaigns, lead nurturing, and outreach efforts.
- Monitor inbound inquiries and marketing-generated leads, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Gather feedback from potential clients to refine messaging and outreach strategies.

#### Salesforce CRM Management
- Maintain and update Salesforce with accurate client and prospect information.
- Develop and manage dashboards and reports to track and optimize sales activities.
- Contribute to improving commercial operations workflows and work with stakeholders to implement automation.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal and external regulations.

#### Reporting & Market Analysis
- Generate and analyze sales performance reports and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify trends and provide insights to leadership to enhance sales processes.
- Conduct market research to better understand industry trends and client needs.

#### Collaboration & Teamwork
- Partner with marketing, operations, and finance teams to align sales strategies and processes.
- Facilitate a smooth transition of qualified leads to the business development team.

### What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales within the life sciences industry (CRO, MedTech, pharma, biotech, or diagnostics).
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and lead nurturing strategies.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, including processes, reporting, and automation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and influence decision-makers.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Collaborative and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

### Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development support within life sciences or clinical research, particularly in consulting services.
- Salesforce certification as a Salesforce Certified Sales Representative.
- Experience with sales enablement and marketing automation tools.
- Proactive approach to process improvements and best practice implementation.
