Responsibilities Manage Profit and Loss, store sales, and drive financial results. Maintain operational excellence and demonstrate strong leadership behaviors. Create and execute store plans aligned with regional and company initiatives. Analyze financial reports to identify trends and address performance issues. Ensure productivity, sales, and budget targets are met. Review business practices and develop strategies to improve performance. Train, coach, counsel, and discipline team members and shift managers. Lead the team in executing Jamba standards to ensure excellent customer experiences. Recognize outstanding performance and provide constructive feedback. Stay informed about the store trade area and community. Develop community relations through marketing and sponsorships. Ensure compliance with food safety, cash handling, and operational policies. Qualifications Must possess excellent communication and employee management skills. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic brand ambassadors with a commitment to health, wellness, community engagement, and personal growth. Ability to influence store direction, initiate community outreach, and achieve high customer satisfaction is essential. Additional Requirements Be 21 years or older. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in management or hospitality preferred. Management experience in food service, sales, or retail preferred. Minimum 1 year of management experience, including Profit and Loss management. Availability to work 45 hours/week, including evenings and weekends. Strong P&L management skills. Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and POS systems. ServSafe certification is a plus. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in temperature-controlled environments.
