Duties/Responsibilities:

• Greeting and Scheduling Patients:
• Handling Patient Records and Billing

Patient Communication: 

• Confirm appointments;
• Follow up with patients regarding treatment plans;
• Address any questions or concerns in a professional manner.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Experience in a Dental or Medical Office: Prior experience in a dental or healthcare setting is preferred
• Strong Communication Skills: 
• Proficiency in Dental Software: Familiarity with dental practice management software, Open Dental, as well as basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.).

Compensation: 14-23$/hr
