Does not get easily intimidated under pressure, has previous gatehouse experience, has no issues working outside in the elements, is tech savvy and is dependable at any time. Required, ability to use a computer or tablet. Required, comfortable working outdoors in all elements of the weather for the entire shift. Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience. Responsibilities: Provide customer service to our clients by conducting safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and appropriate emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
