As a **Business Management Analyst - Level 2** , your role at Redondo Beach, CA will be pivotal in supporting missions critical to national and global security. Ready to join forces with our visionary team? Our Business Management Analyst is responsible for month-end accounting close activities and financial reporting for the Business Unit. You will be a vital resource for program resource management, which includes, but is not limited to, cost estimation, allocation, tracking and analysis. You will also be responsible for cash management activities to ensure timely invoicing and collections of monies owed. This position is **contingent** upon program award. **Your Role and Impact:** + Assist and prepare monthly IF / Forecast actions and discussions + Assist and prepare quarterly Estimates at Complete (EACs) + Assist with the development and reporting of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for the respective Business Unit + Prepare and present financial data to internal and external customers, including variance analysis and forecasts + Other duties as assigned Why You? Make an impact where it counts!_ Salary Range: $73,900.00 - $110,900.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
