Calico, Blagden Hospitality's bustling urban backyard, tucked away in Blagden Alley, is looking for Bartenders! We're seeking individuals who are not only skilled behind the bar but who also possess a genuine passion for hospitality. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves to interact with people, and takes pride in delivering memorable experiences, then we want to hear from you!

Duties:

• Prepare bar for service, including stocking and organizing supplies
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and glassware
• Contribute to the development of our craft cocktail program by creating innovative and delicious drinks
• Take initiative and demonstrate leadership in supporting the bar team
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient service
• Uphold the highest standards of quality and consistency in beverage preparation

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
• Committed to upholding ethical and professional standards
• Must be a team player and treat all coworkers with respect
